Paige Barton
Business Leader

Paige Barton is a business leader with more than 15 years of experience working at a Fortune 500 company. She is passionate about developing others and creating opportunities for next-gen leaders.

Paige has held various leadership positions including chief of staff to the chief diversity officer and chief legal officer within her organization. She provides strategic, and tactical support to solve business problems, improve business performance, and strengthen collaboration across business pillars. She is a trusted thought leader who works with senior leaders to help prioritize and execute company-wide initiatives.

Paige is a native of Los Angeles, California, and a Crenshaw High School graduate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology from Wiley College, an HBCU in East Texas. She also holds a certificate from Harvard Extension School in leadership and management. Paige served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a member of the Army Corps of Engineers and as a paralegal within the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Her achievements include leading numerous process improvement projects in logistics resulting in million-dollar cost-savings and many other projects that improved operational efficiencies in warehousing. Paige also developed an enterprise HBCU strategy creating new competitive programs, scholarship opportunities and a microsite to access a wider pool of diverse students.

Paige spends her time volunteering with organizations dedicated to mentoring and fostering leadership skills in young leaders. She is an alum of Leadership ISD, an organization that empowers communities and school leaders in Dallas to drive the public education system toward greater educational equity.
