A native of Alton, Illinois (St. Louis Metro East), Jeff Bell holds a B.A. in Political Science from Knoxville College. He currently serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Fulton County Juvenile Court. Before assuming these duties Jeff worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for nearly 15 years. Professionally and personally “JB” has been involved in social services and youth advocacy for more than 30 years.
He is a 1985 initiate of the Zeta Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and in 1996 got involved in youth leadership development and mentoring through Kappa’s Guide Right and Kappa Leadership Development League, served as a Kappa League Advisor and Guide Right Committee Chairman in St. Louis and Alpharetta. Jeff is an active member of the Alpharetta Smyrna Alumni Chapter and a former Chairman of the Kappa’s Southeastern Province Guide Right Commission.
