Office sought: Governor, Georgia
Election date: November 3, 2026
Why we’re endorsing
- Affordable Housing: Raised more than $700 million, and helped build or preserve more than 7,000 affordable homes
- Economic Opportunities and Education: Grew Atlanta’s economy and created pathways to opportunity; helped bring jobs, investment, and major employers to the city, expanded workforce training, supported small businesses, and invested in young people.
- Public Safety and Community Support: Worked to keep neighborhoods safe through technology and resources to back up first responders
- Transparent and Ethical Leadership: Implemented reforms that opened up city spending, strengthened oversight, and raised the bar for accountability in Atlanta government
- Environment and Health: A thriving Georgia requires clean water, healthy air, and community access to healthcare. She took that fight to Congress to protect Georgia’s natural resources from corporate interests, and put public health at the center of how Atlanta is governed
