Junior Ezeonu for City Council, Place 8 At-Large, Grand Prairie, Texas
Representing the entire city of Grand Prairie as an at-large member, Junior was elected to city council in 2021 in a run-off election after defeating a 12-year incumbent. Mr. Ezeonu is the first African-American council member to represent the city of Grand Prairie since the early 1990s, and he is also the youngest elected council member in Grand Prairie history.
Joshua Watkins for Kentucky House District 42
Ever since a paper Joshua wrote in first grade about his dream to one day become a U.S. senator, he’s followed a lifelong path toward public service. Today Joshua has a vision for District 42 as one that leads in prosperity, champions education, and ensures safety for all, supports local businesses, advocates for public education and creates a safer community.
